Since I work such a broad area I have the privelage of seeing how different markets are affected and when markets change. Loudoun has seen significant improvement. We're seeing multiple offers on our listings in Loudoun and much competition in the $500,000 or less price range. This is the perfect time for you move up and out buyers to take advantage of a sellers market in the East to move out West. Things in Winchester are still fairly slow and I anticipate that this will change in 6-8 months. The listings that I have in the Shenandoah Valley are still slow to move but when priced competitively and marketed correctly we are seeing good activity.
